IDENTITY
Adopting a refined palette of colour and type enabled the visual identity to play a supportive role in framing a diverse collection of visual assets. The revised logotype builds on the sensibility of the previous iteration with a new typeface and bespoke letterforms to better suit the new brand direction.

WEBSITE
Huxley-Parlour were looking for a reductive online experience - a simple and contemporary platform that appealed to artists, advisors and buyers alike. We took a content-centric approach, with a specific focus on how artwork was displayed across all pages and devices. Much like a physical gallery space, the main objective was to provide a neutral environment where the personality of each exhibition and artwork could be individually expressed. Layout and type application creates a unique, yet sympathetic experience without feeling overbearing.

FLEXIBILITY
A flexible component system provided site administrators with the ability to craft individually tailored experiences for both artists and exhibitions.
IMAGERY
Particular attention to the framing of artwork was considered throughout, allowing for flexible placement based on individual image preferences.

PRIVATE
Whilst retaining the existing framework from the main build, a unique typographic combination was incorporated, creating an 'traditional luxury' aesthetic for a targeted audience.
Huxley-Parlour is a forward-thinking and contemporary art gallery based in London. Their dynamic programme is committed to creating a dialogue between those artists who have made an impact on recent art history, and those who are at its vanguard. Past exhibitions have included exceptional work by Anton Alverez, Picasso, Cecil Beaton, Pieter Hugo, Paul Graham, Vivian Maier and many more.
We were commissioned to create a distinctive brand aesthetic, reflecting a new business strategy and creative ambition across print, digital and spacial environments.
